Deliver quality standards for products and store environment, including the adoption and enforcement of health codes.
Perform shift, cash and inventory management activities with a focus on continuous improvement that contributes to achieving Sales and Profitability(managing costs) goals.

Requirements:
Team focused
Suffolk County Food Manager Certified
Demonstrated knowledge of computers, office software and POS systems
Knowledge and compliance with health, sanitary, and safety requirements
Able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly and have a sense of urgency
Maintain a clean and work appropriate personal appearance
Leadership abilities and management experience
Restaurant experience
Flexible hours – able to open/close and fill in when necessary
