Our quickly growing fast casual superfood cafe needs reliable and friendly Shift Leaders to join our team. We hire people who don’t mind working in a fast-paced environment with heavy demands, especially during meal rushes. Successful candidates will primarily work as key holders, cooks and cashiers, and take on duties when the manager is not available. The most dedicated and effective team members will become eligible for promotions to other leadership positions within 6-12 months.
Shift Leader Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing general operations (front and back of house) when a manager is not present
Restaurant opening and closing duties
Guest interaction
Food preparation
Meal service
