Vitamin T has an EXCITING opportunity for a UX Designer!

While our client is based in Dallas, TX, this position would be 100% REMOTE.

In addition to the job requirements below, you must have the following to be considered:

• Be authorized to work in the United States without the need of sponsorship.
• Work on a mac-based system (MacBook, iMac, etc.).  
• Be proficient in working with Sketch.  In other words, this MUST be your design program of choice.

WHO YOU ARE:

• 3-5 years of experience as a UX Designer designing for web and mobile with ability to code
• Understanding of Design Thinking, Agile, Iconography, Typographic Principles/Design (3D a plus)
• Ability to engage internal/external users to organize and coordinate across multiple teams
• Effective Communication: Writing, Oral, Design, and Presentation
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical skills, highly organized and process oriented
• Work across matrix organization, partnering with business and external partners and giving and receiving feedback as a mechanism for growth
• Engage users to identify pain points, document journey maps, and develop an experience map
• B.A. in Design or Equivalent Professional Experience Required 
• Be able to showcase your portfolio either thru individual samples or an online portfolio

YOUR TECHNOLOGY SKILLS MUST INCLUDE:

• Adobe Creative Cloud Apps including but not limited to:
  • Sketch, InVision, ProofHQ, and other Design tools.
  • Illustrator
  • Photoshop
  • InDesign
  • After Effects
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• MS Office Suite
