We are looking for an experienced ORDER DESK ASSOCIATE for leading provider of competitive LCD gaming, entertainment, photography and business monitors located in COSTA MESA, CA. TEMP TO HIRE.
Under the direction of the Order desk and RMA team lead, Order desk Associate will be primarily be responsible for processing customer orders in the ERP system, providing order status and shipping details to customers. Process POs to vendors, miscellaneous tasks as needed to meet high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Processes customer purchase orders in ERP system
• Reviews orders for accuracy and completion
• Provides order status, tracking and backorder reports to customers
• Processes drop shipment orders by placing POs to vendors
• Maintains customer relationship by responding to customer inquiries and providing resolution and support
Requirements
Knowledge, skills & abilities
• Excellent time management, analytical and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
• Strong team player who collaborated well with others to solve problems, flexible and adaptable
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication,
• Proficient in Oracle, Excel & Word
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree
