    ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Weekend Scheduling Coordinator to support our Caregiver Services Clients and Team by answering calls, resolving conflict, and maintaining schedules during weekend hours.  WE REQUIRE ALL EMPLOYEES TO BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • FRIDAY 5PM - MONDAY 7AM SCHEDULE, COMPANY HOLIDAYS
    • Answer and document incoming client and team member calls in a prompt, friendly, professional manner 
    • Coordinate schedules and fill last-minute shifts and call-offs quickly and efficiently within the scheduling system in accordance with scheduling procedures and communicate the changes to the appropriate parties
    • Follow up with and respond to situations that occur in a professional and timely manner, contacting the appropriate resources as required
    • Review schedules with the service team to become aware of any potential trouble spots that might arise
    • Monitor and log both client and caregiver activity and follow up on assignments and services in the operating system
    • Field new client & Caregiver inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner and schedule care consultations
    • Other responsibilities as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, administration, customer service, or relevant position REQUIRED
    • Previous experience in healthcare and working with medical terminology REQUIRED
    • Microsoft Suite and Google Suite proficiency REQUIRED
    • Experience utilizing scheduling software
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication and customer service skills, with close attention to detail
    • Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment with limited oversight
    • Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours
