    Job Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Field Services Representative will maintain and build professional relationships with all Vitu/DMVdesk clients. The candidate best suited for the position will have a solid grasp for completing DMV paperwork for both new and used cars, excellent communication, training, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.  

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Install and train new clients on the Vitu/DMVdesk solution.
    • Maintain client relationships and manage customer expectations. 
    • Provide on-going training, support, and account management to Southern California dealers
    • Be a client advocate and suggest improvements to the program on behalf of the client and address client issues and concerns.
    • Monitor system metrics to ensure dealership compliance with DMV regulations.
    • Research and recommend new solutions, product and service improvements.
    • Meet with dealer management to discuss process improvements.
    • Maintain after action visitation notes that document the purpose of visit, existing issues and the resolution, along with follow up action items.  
    • Attend all team meetings and functions, including training sessions, and marketing events.
    • THIS POSITION REQUIRES TRAVEL OF UP TO 50 OR MORE MILES.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
    • California DMV knowledge is strongly preferred 
    • Automotive Industry knowledge is a plus.
    • Must be creative and able to offer suggestions in how to achieve desired results.
    • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
    • Must be a team player, self-motivated, and career oriented, with a desire to contribute to the growth of the company.
    • Maintain an awareness of business-related trends in the industry.
    • Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business needs.
    • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
    • Must have experience with Chrome, and Firefox configuration and settings.
    • Must be fluent in Excel, Word, and Google Drive
