We currently have an opportunity for a Greeter for our Pembroke Pines location.

Primary Responsibilities:

• In charge of welcoming & greeting patients at the medical center.
• Assists patients to walk through the center.
• Assists patients by inquiring reason for the visit and directs them accordingly.
• Makes sure patients have an excellent experience while at the center.
• Serves as the first point of contact for the patients.
• Assesses any needs patients could have.
• Explain to patients the processes associated to their visit.
• Assists with the flow of patients during the day.
• Must handle all matters professionally and ethically.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Experience/Qualifications:

Excellent Customer Service Skills.

• Effective communicator to convey information to patients.
• Bilingual, English and Spanish preferred.

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8-hour shift; flexible schedule
