We currently have an opportunity for a WELLNESS CENTER ADMINISTRATOR for our Hialeah location.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting and welcoming patients to the Wellness Center.
• In charge of creating calendar for events.
• Assists patients throughout their gaming and activities experience.
• Provide patients with lunch and snacks.
• Decorate Wellness Center for events.
• Create Appointments for the Wellness and Salon and add transportation if needed.
• Confirm the Appointments in the system and transportation.
• Assist with any complaint/suggestion from a patient.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service.
• Valid and current Cosmetology license is required, including a license for manicure, pedicure, and hair, to provide salon services.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday; 8-hour shift; flexible schedule

WORK LOCATION: Viva Mas Hialeah
