We are detailed and move fast, like any scaling company, but we also offer the time and space needed to rejuvenate with ½ day Fridays in the summer, 3 weeks PTO annually, and WFH Fridays. 401k? Yep. THE POSITION

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who will support ongoing client projects. An ideal applicant will look forward to learning our business and integrating with the team, is a quick learner, detail oriented, has a great attitude, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and dive into whatever project comes their way.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Associate Project Manager will set production deadlines, monitor and summarize the progress of multiple ongoing projects, and prepare status reports. More specifically, some responsibilities include:

· Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

· Develop and maintain schedules

· Analyze risk and opportunities

· Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

· Ensure resource availability and allocation

· Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

· Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

· Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator

· 0-2 years’ experience in Project Management

· Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study

· Print and packaging production knowledge desired

JOB ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS: Working conditions are generally indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Some travel (up to 10%) may be requested.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
