Vivet Inc has a portfolio of luxury furniture brands; A.R.T., Caracole, Jonathan Charles, and Rowe Furniture. The company is based in High Point & Greensboro NC.

Position Summary:

This position will support the A.R.T., Caracole, and Jonathan Charles brands within the Vivet shared services model. Local candidates only and **** must be eligible to work in the US .

This position will provide support for current web apps, console applications, and any business layer logic and MSSQL databases used by these systems. This position will also assist with a business initiative to modify and/or rebuild this system (collection of applications and databases) to enable additional business units to use this system. This full-stack position requires work from the database queries and procedures, business layer objects, and front-end UI with ASP.Net, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap. Key Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or in a related area
• 3-5 years of .Net Development experience with C#, ASP.Net, MVC, MS SQL.
• Working knowledge of OO design, common design patterns (MVC)
• Good UI and front-end experience with tools HTML5, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, and JSON
• Experience in T-SQL Development – writing and troubleshooting SQL Code, stored procs, functions, and views.

Desired experience includes:

• Working knowledge designing, debugging, and testing REST APIs
• Experience using source control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, etc)
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on your own, and yet be part of a team,
• Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks when in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Expect to work in the office minimum of 3 days a week but prefer all week.

These qualifications would be a plus:

• PowerShell scripting experience, knowledge, and understanding.
• Mobile development experience a plus (Xamarin.IOS).
• Crystal Report (edit and manage), looking to replace these reports.
• Familiarity with VB.Net.
