You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with sellers to buy these properties. Compensation: $20 per hour and 5% commission on the profit Responsibilities: • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Negotiate purchase terms and prices with property owners and representatives Qualifications: • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented Compensation: $20 hourly + commission on profits
