Salary Range: $65,000 - $73,000 annual

Job Description:
The VIVOTEK USA Field Trainer is responsible for the maintenance, administration, setup, and development of current and future training programs.
· The Field Trainer will design, deliver, and recommend improvement of the VIVOTEK Product Expert curriculum & VORTEX VSaaS Certification program.
· Collaborate with existing subject matter experts and ensure technical expertise on all new and updated products to contribute to the design and maintenance of current and effective training programs.
· Maintain new course work and curriculum based on company needs and ensure up-to-date certification of BICSI, CEU, or other class credits.
· Maintain training material for in-class and online courses. Participate in the production of future online training modules.
· Evaluate course outcomes through class surveys and make necessary changes to ensure maximum effectiveness of the training program.
· Work with the sales and marketing team to maintain a rolling schedule throughout each quarter.
· Act as a supportive resource fielding questions about a variety of training topics.
· Assist with internal and external training when needed.
· Work with the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across the board.
· Create and administer a test at the end of each training to determine attendee comprehension.
Marketing/Accounting:
· Get assistance from marketing in creating flyers and other marketing material necessary to promote training courses.
· Collaborate with RSMs and inside sales to obtain a list of potential attendees and assist in making cold calls to recruit attendees and reach head count goals.
· Work with sales and marketing to have a full understanding of the Channel Partner Program, including levels, qualifications, and benefits to be able to answer questions about the CPP and be an ambassador for the program.
· Track and efficiently manage training registrations through the use of event ticketing service (ex. Eventbrite).
· Manage giveaway inventory.
· Print training manuals.
· Prepare training certificates for paid attendees.
· Generate a report after each training.
· Generate accounting report.
· Manage training budget effectively.
Class Setup and Training Case:
· Schedule, research, and book all training venues.
· Prepare, ship, and ensure all training materials are received by the venue
· Coordinate with venue staff to set up the classroom based on a predefined layout.
· Manage and update training cases based on need.
REQUIREMENTS
· 1-3 years related experience
· Bachelor’s degree in related technical field
· Strong interpersonal skills. Able to work with a cross-functional team
· Domestic and international travel is required. At least 65%.
· Ability to create training material for various types of audiences.
· Strong presentation skills are a plus
· Graphic design background a plus
· VSaaS Technology experience is a plus
· Online training content development a plus
· Previous training or educator experience is a plus
· Deliver highly technical information while being able to speak to a less-technical audience.
