Pay range $28.85 - $33.65 per hour

Job Description

• Daily billing process in SAP: Print invoices and download statements
• Review all Credit Memos for accuracy and posting
• Send payment courtesy notices to all past due accounts
• Communicate internally and with customers: payment discrepancies /past due/ over credit limit
• Application of ACH/Check/Wire receipts daily to accounts along with AR clearing processing
• Customer resale certificates information maintenance and review
• Prepare sales tax filing report; research and special projects as needed
• Related party transaction reconciliation
• Fixed Assets management (Count/transfer etc.)
• Assists with other tasks and projects as needed, including manager assignments

Requirements

• 2-3 years working in accounting or tax department
• SAP experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Taxation, or related experience
• Strong skills in organizing, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines
• Highly reliable and dependable
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
• Must be able to work overtime on month end closing day
