JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a well-organized, highly efficient, self-motivated candidate who has experience in trade shows and events planning and coordination, social media engagement, content writing development, and working cross functional, specifically with the Sales team.

• Plan and provide logistics and support for trade shows, conferences, and other events
• Drive engagement and increase brand awareness through social media pages
• Write and produce press releases, case studies, and other marketing contents
• Maintain marketing collateral inventory and promotional items inventory
• Marketing support but not limited to administrative, payments, filing, shipping and inventory.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or English, plus 1-3 years Marketing or equivalent experience
• Trades shows and events planning and coordination
• Excellent English writing or producing content
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet platforms
• Experience in graphic design, creating content in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) a plus
