Inside Sales Representative Job Description
Viyu Network Solutions is looking for a motivated, well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join the sales team. The ISR will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, providing sales support to the Account Managers, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Candidate must be detail-oriented and exhibit strong communication skills - both verbal and written. The candidate will work closely with various members of the management and sales teams
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
· Communicating with customers and working with Account Managers
· Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
· Utilizing CRM for open opportunities and setting follow-up activities
· Ensuring AM Opportunities are up to date with accurate data
· Following up with AMs on current opportunities to provide assistance
· Working with Account Managers and Solutions Architects to deliver accurate quotes to customers
· Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
· Staying informed about competing products and services
· Upselling products and services
· Researching and qualifying new leads
· Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Inside Sales Representative Skills and Experience (Required):
· Previous experience in a related sales position
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel and Outlook)
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Good organizational skills, ability to multitask, and to work in a team environment
· Excellent phone skills
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Strong listening and sales skills
· Ability to achieve targets
· High school diploma/GED
Inside Sales Representative Requirements (Preferred):
· Previous Experience with CRM software such as ConnectWise
· High-level understanding of IT Infrastructure
· Understanding of PC components
· Knowledge of the VAR and MSP industry
· Basic knowledge of cloud technology & Managed Services
