We are both a direct manufacturer and creative agency for our clients print and promotional marketing needs. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative or what we like to call "Customer Experience Specialist" to join our growing team! You will be responsible for helping clients by providing product and service information, communicating details of projects with internal team members, and entering /processing orders. You will also work directly with the sales team to ensure all projects are completed to clients 100% satisfaction. Everything we do revolves around what we call our three "C's" which are Core, Clients, and Community. You would be joining our "Core" as one of our valued team members that help to make our clients experience amazing.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure clients receive an astonishing experience when communicating with our organization and exceed their expectations in every interaction.
    • Answer all customer inquiries in an accurate and timely manner while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude through all aspects of internal/external communications.
    • Provide assistance before and after sale regarding current pricing and delivery times, product and technical questions, and any customer issues that need to be resolved using all tools available including involving Internal Sales Manager or other team members as needed.
    • Provide accurate and timely price quotations, terms of sale, and delivery times for clients on all projects and incoming requests.
    • Upon receipt of a purchase order from a customer, locate and convert a previous quote or generate a new order based on customer requirements in a timely manner while ensuring stock levels are sufficient and quoted pricing and lead times are up to date.
    • Process orders and update the status of orders all the way through to delivery to client
    • Communicate with Internal Sales Manager and Production Managers with any issues or problems.
    • Provide information about the products and services as requested by clients.
    • Maintain relationships with existing customers including providing updates on product availability, current pricing, current lead times, and answering product/technical questions as needed.
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Work hand-in-hand with our Client Brand Specialists and other sales/marketing team members to provide client information.
    • Perform other duties as assigned or directed by internal managers.
    • Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities during busy times.

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Experience in commercial print, promotional products, or graphic design a significant plus, but not essential
    • Ability to build rapport with clients and in-house team members
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring the best client experience.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in graphic design programs such as InDesign and Illustrator a big plus, but not essential.
