POSITION DETAILS
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a customer focused, detail oriented, positive minded individual to work in the office as a Customer Service Representative! The ideal candidate must possess initiative and the ability to work in a high-volume and fast paced environment.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Answering phones and emails
- Attending to walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Verifying information over the phone and answering customer questions.
- Assisting with scheduling, and providing pricing to customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years customer service or administrative support experience
- Familiarity with the MS Office Suite, and ability to learn new software programs
- Very detail oriented, able to multi task, strong organizational skills
- Ability to interact with customers and co-workers professionally
- Experience or knowledge of the plumbing or HVAC industries a bonus
