JOB DESCRIPTION
- The HR Recruiter is responsible for facilitating recruitment to open positions, attract and hire diverse, top talent.
- Partners with assigned departments and other areas of Human Resources to design and implement effective and creative recruitment plans to meet current and future needs.
- Recruitment services are delivered by working closely with hiring managers to understand their business, proactively address their staffing needs, and providing recruitment to meet those needs.
- Individual will align closely with HR Advisor to ensure service line recruitment needs are fulfilled.
- Implements recruiting tools such as print and electronic media.
- Provides recruitment services in a positive, timely, service oriented, cost efficient and effective manner.
- Positively represents the Client brand to candidates and promotes a quality candidate experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required OR 5 years recruitment experience preferably with one year in a hospital setting.
- Prefer the following certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR), Association of Staff Physician Recruiter (ASPR), or certifications issued by Human Capital Institute (HCI).
