The HR Business Partner and Culture Champion is responsible for aligning Vocalink Global's HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs as well as overall coordination of the company's human resources and benefits. This is a "team of one" position with full spectrum responsibility for all aspects of human resources, from planning to execution, with support from Vocalink's in-house Quality & Compliance Counsel and Management Team. The role includes a strong focus on employee engagement/professional development and driving corporate culture.
The successful candidate for this position will work in our Dayton, Ohio headquarters and report directly to our Quality & Compliance Counsel. The HR Business Partner and Culture Champion plays an instrumental role in the operational success of the company.
The IDEAL CANDIDATE for this position will be an HR Generalist with five to eight years of HR experience in progressively more senior roles looking to take a next step up in his/her/their career.
