Summary

Mitigation Manager is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operation of the local office. They will be tasked with all job operations of water, mold and fire restoration work including marketing, sales, estimating and the coordination of job completion. The Mitigation manager will have a team of 1-2 techs that will report directly to them and help execute daily jobs.

Restoration Mitigation Manager Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations of the business unit including effective management of resources, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.

· Maintain a high standard of service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

· Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry professionals to enhance service offerings and business development.

· Provide leadership, training, and guidance to staff; fostering a productive work environment and promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement

· Leverage personal experience and network to help execute jobs and grow revenue

Restoration Mitigation Manager Qualifications

· 5-7 years of proven experience in a restoration management role within the cleaning and restoration industry.

· Current IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certifications. WRT, AMRT, ASD (optional)

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to lead crews of technicians.

· Ability to strategize, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Comfortability in creating Xactimate estimates.

· Ability to learn and work within various technologies.

· Ability to work in the field when needed.
