We are looking for motivated Fire/Water/Mold Restoration Technician

We are a full service emergency restoration company specializing in water, fire & mold remediation.

A Water Mitigation Technician travels to damaged homes and/or businesses.

As a Technician you will assist in the cleanup and restoration of water and/or mold damaged property.

JOB DUTIES:

Set up, monitor, and move drying equipment.

Removal of water and mold damaged building materials

Document moisture meter readings

Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment

Be professional and have a great attitude

Provide excellent customer service

Perform on-site production services

Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance

Perform additional tasks as required

Service area of Metro Philadelphia

QUALIFICATIONS:

Because we provide 24 hour emergency services, must be willing to share on call work as needed

Experience in construction or restoration required

Must have prior experience working in the water damage industry is a PLUS

Have a valid driver license with a clean driving record

Have the ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions & drug screening process

Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift/move up to 100 lbs.

Ability to interact effectively and professionally with coworkers, customers, and subcontractors

IICRC Certifications required

Xactimate knowledge is a plus.

MICA / Dash experience highly preferred.
