Job requires answering incoming phone calls, transferring them to the appropriate person or department. Provide and assist customer with answer questions about services that Vogel provides. Along with providing customer with information such as paper work, invoices, rebate forms, and any other information that is being requested. The position will be admin support for the Residential/Commercial Service division and the Residential Replacement Division. Candidate needs to possess strong communication skills, willing to work with others and be able to work Monday thru Friday
