Job Description

Werner Enterprises, a premier transportation and logistics company, is looking for a talented Product Marketing Coordinator to join us in our technology transformation. As part of our product innovation team, this junior role will be responsible for coordinating the marketing of our new products and solutions. She/he will work with internal team members and our external agency to support a variety of initiatives, including product launches, marketing plan execution, and project management.

• Member of the product marketing team, supporting the internal and external marketing of our innovation initiative
• Coordinates the internal communication of new products and releases, and supports the implementation of the marketing plan
• Collaborates with the external agency and cross-functional stakeholders to help create compelling content/campaigns
• Executes the development of marketing materials and website content
• Measures the success of product marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications
• 3-4 years of successful Product Marketing or Brand Management experience, with startup or innovation team experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in executing product launches and marketing campaigns
• Experience creating content and collateral that translates product capabilities into engaging and compelling messaging
• Ability to manage and track project progress and define metrics
• Excellent presentation, communication, and cross-functional management skills
• Tolerance for ambiguity and willingness to drive for clarity
• High sense of urgency and the ability to understand and prioritize initiatives
• Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail
