Voice 8 System is looking for a customer service professional to join our team for our remote work. This person will drive customer satisfaction by providing outstanding customer service skills and maintaining extensive product knowledge.
This is a Contractor position.
You must be 18 years of age.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
Responsibilities for the position would be
- Manage inbound customer communications - For a home security company
- Consult on customer success - Provides answers to customers by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding customers through corrective steps
- Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure the information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.
- Track interactions in CRM - Record customer interactions in the internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
Requirements for the position
- High school diploma
- Computer
- USB VoIP Headset is required
- Windows 11 Supported
- 1 year of proven experience in supporting client success (on the phone or in person)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Great with time management
