We are seeking a Voip Engineer to become an integral part of our team! You will configure Voip communications systems as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise configuration and maintenance of communication systems, including:
  • Voip servers
  • Customer premise Voip equipment
  • Cellular routers 4G/5G
  • Vendor accounts
• Provide training and support to telecommunications personnel
• Investigate customer issues and identify and implement appropriate solutions
• Research new and novel communications solutions

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telecommunications, networking, cellular, or other related fields
• Familiarity with telecommunications equipment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
