As bartender at Volanti you will be crafting cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles, and pairing food and drinks.

Being welcoming and personable with an excitement to exceed guest needs and expectations. As a bartender, you'll have a responsibility to our guest's safety and must have a proper understanding of current liquor laws and company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol. A liquor training certification is required

Responsibilities:

Greet all guests with a smile upon arrival at the bar or bar top table.

Prepare beverages for bar and restaurant needs.

Restock and replenish bar inventory.

Make suggestions based on guest tastes and preferences.

Open and maintain tabs throughout your shift.

Build a rapport with regular guests to create a positive atmosphere.

Manage bar top paying attention to cleanliness and order.

Comply with food and beverage regulations, ID customers to confirm legal drinking age.

Work together as a team with the entire staff at all times.

Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen.

Requirements:

Proven knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails.

Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings.

Hands-on experience in cashier duties and maintaining inventory.

Attention to cleanliness and safety.

Patience and customer-oriented approach with excellent people skills and a friendly attitude.

Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol.
