    Job Summary The Volleyball Academy Instructor is a hands-on role that will lead athletes through a structure volleyball curriculum to better on court skills and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. Our Volleyball Academy Instructor will be directly responsible for creating the curriculum for review to the Area Developer prior to the program beginning and providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture during the Academy Training Sessions.

    Responsibilities

    Creates a training program curriculum that is to be used throughout the i9 Sports Academy Training Program.

    Lead training sessions focusing on fundamentals, and skill development.

    Teach & demonstrate core concepts and skills of the sport

    With the help of established platforms, communicate training day information to players and parents

    Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

    Qualifications

    Excellent communication skills

    Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge required (minimum of 2-3 years of high-level competitive volleyball experience).

    Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently

    Ability to work a varied work schedule including evenings and weekends.
