Job Summary

As a Volleyball Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our volleyball program by coaching teams, officiating games, training staff, and ensuring a safe, sportsmanlike environment. You’ll maintain high standards for equipment, educate coaches and players on strategies, and uphold a professional image. Candidates must be available to work Saturdays in Franklin, TN, for the ~7-week season.

Responsibilities

Teach volleyball fundamentals and instill sportsmanship values.

Oversee game-day operations for assigned sports, ensuring smooth execution.

Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, can-do attitude.

Train staff to officiate games and maintain equipment in top condition.

Educate coaches and players on game strategies to enhance performance.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Volleyball coaching experience and sport-specific knowledge.

Self-motivated, independent problem-solver with a proactive mindset.

Ability to take charge in any situation to ensure player safety.

Professional demeanor and ability to build positive relationships.

Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and some evenings (~7-week commitment).

Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.
