Job Description:

• Assist the national and local teams in both the creation and review of sales and marketing emails.
• Support the team with organizational tasks and projects within our Project Management system (Asana) as well as keeping media libraries up to date.
• Help to promote our local programming by creating events on various social media platforms to drive sales.
• Pull and analyze program sales data in order to help the team to prioritize the most relevant content for sales emails.
• Help the team with periodic website audits to ensure our online program information is accurate and properly markets the product to customers.
• Create and update marketing materials such as email templates, seasonal assets as well as assist with other graphic design requests.
• If local to one of our markets, there is the potential to provide marketing support during our in-person events.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Can navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with minimal supervision
• Solid project management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace
