Volofit is a novel, class-based fitness studio. The group classes are focused on transformation to help you become a better version of yourself, every day. Each session is a HIIT, functional fitness-focused program, lasting 50 minutes, with a capacity of up to 24 people, and is designed to allow anyone, regardless of their current abilities, to enjoy. We are seeking a passionate, experienced General Manager to help oversee the daily operations. The GM will be responsible for all aspects of operating the Volofit studio, including running the sales process, recruiting an amazing team, training and managing all staff, customer management/membership sales, and management of all franchise financials. Responsibilities: • Prioritization of Membership Sales • Report directly to the studio owner on all elements of the business • Develop a deep understanding of Volofit core values and selling points • Create local marketing plans for generating leads and membership sales • Ensure location is run in accordance with all Corporate standards • Maintain a clean, functional, and safe studio environment • Recruit, hire, and train studio staff • Run regular team meetings and trainings for all staff • Develop a daily schedule for classes and studio operation • Manage and report on studio financials • Create an exceptional community-focused culture Qualifications: • 5+ years of sales experience (fitness preferred) • 3+ year of management experience preferred • 3+ year managing and reporting comprehensive budgets, including payroll • Excellent written/verbal communications skills • Organizational skill / proven attention to detail • Proven leadership skills • Strong computer skills • Must have current CPR + AED up to date Certification • Bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $55,000
