Qualifications
- You have at least 2-3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing facility
- You want to be part of a dynamic team that is fast paced, where you embrace ambiguity and collaborate across teams to develop maintenance strategies, systems, and processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be an advantage
- Comply with all workplace safety requirements including but not limited to
- Personal protective equipment (hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection)
- Equipment lockout – tag out procedures
- Electrical safety procedures – (i.e. NFPA 70, lockout/tag out, arc flash,
ALL CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- Be able to pass a drug screening
- Have effective communication skills.
- Be able to tolerate factory conditions
- Be exceptionally dependable, honest, and trustworthy
- Have time management skills
- Have basic math skills
