Compensation: $75,000 At Plan ($30,000 Base + Commission)  Benefits: • PAID TIME OFF: FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES RECEIVE 80 HOURS OF PTO • VOLUNTEER TIME OFF: FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES CAN USE UP TO 24 HOURS OF VTO FOR APPROVED VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES • PAID HOLIDAYS: WE OFFER 6 PAID HOLIDAYS • FLEXIBILITY: WE ALLOW FOR BOTH LOCAL AND REMOTE WORKING OPPORTUNITIES • DIRECT DEPOSIT AND BI-WEEKLY PAY. • Bonus Pool: Owners will contribute to annual Bonus Pool for qualified employees after one year UPON SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATIC EMAIL INCLUDING TWO ASSESSMENTS TO COMPLETE. Responsibilities: • Speaking with homeowners regarding their homes and what issues they may be having with selling them and finding a solution through buying their home. (This could entail providing financial solutions, cleaning solutions, moving solutions, tenant issues, or simply talking through their problems.) • Utilize our research for home offers • Update our database • Report results to Sales Lead Qualifications: • Experience talking on the phone for long hours • Previous Sales Experience • Real Estate Experience highly preferred • Able to work remote or even international during the hours of 9-5 CST (USA time) • Prior Negotiation Experience Preferred • Prior Phone Sales or Cold Calling Sales Preferred • Prior Real Estate Contract Experience Preferred • Prior Transaction Coordination for Real Estate is a plus Compensation: $75,000 At Plan ($30,000 Base + Commission)
