Qualifications
- Multi-lingual French and English for Canada
- Experience within Automotive sector
- Strong understanding of retailer business operations, management, operational, customer and performance improvement processes
- Must be credible and demonstrate a professional and positive approach.
- Must be self-managed and able to work on own initiative to organise workload and ensure activities are delivered in accordance with objectives and targets
- A skilled coach and negotiator to handle challenges and secure ‘win:win’ outcomes
- Ability to interpret, analyse data and information from variable sources,
- Must be customer focus and have extensive automotive knowledge & experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Team player, enthusiastic, flexible and proactive personality
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for the brand
Desirable qualities but not essential:
- Strong organizational, numerical and time management skills
- Strong business acumen and results orientation with demonstrable ability to facilitate business improvement,
