Vox Church is looking for a part-time (20 hours/week) Campus Coordinator to join our Greater Bridgeport team!

CAMPUS COORDINATOR

Position Summary

The Campus Coordinator’s mission is to support the campus by building a diverse servant team and creating a lobby experience where people can meet Jesus and get connected to Vox Church each and every Sunday. The role includes Sunday oversight, weekly communication with leaders, development of the servant team, and campus operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Servant Team Director

Campus Events & Special Projects (Outreach Administration)

Campus Operations

Oversee welcome card entry into Rock database

Administer First Time Guest engagement and follow-up strategy

Manage Campus Hospitality and Lobby Operations budget

Purchase and manage inventory of all supplies needed for Sundays and events (including Green Room supplies)

Build and maintain relationships with outside vendors

Assists in venue management and organization within the campus

Partner with Central Servant Team Director to pilot ongoing new initiatives in programming, structure, and branding

Oversee Communications including campus web page & Facebook profile

Servant Team Director

Provide leadership to the volunteer team including all Servant Teams, Next Steps, and Security team

Implement strategy and execution for the Sunday experience

Identify leaders for Servant Teams

Oversee First Serve process and track Servant Team retention rate

Manage Servant Team on-boarding process through Vox Church database

Connect regularly with Central Servant Team Director

Participate in Servant Team Director Central trainings

Attend, participate, and assist with Servant Team trainings provided for region from Central

Check In/Confirmation: Send emails throughout the week and oversee necessary scheduling for Sunday teams

Meet regularly with Campus Pastor to discuss Servant Team development

Recruit, develop, and facilitate the discipleship of volunteers and key leaders

Partners with Central to conduct trainings for teams based on the Central training and development calendar

Campus Events and Special Projects Coordination (Outreach Administration)

Facilitate the promotion, sign up, facilitation, operations, and follow up process for Baptisms, Essentials, Membership Classes, Vision Nights, Christmas, Easter, etc.

Order event supplies and request design for creative elements as needed

Recruit volunteer teams as needed for campus specific events (Outreach initiatives)
