Position Summary
The Campus Coordinator is vital in supporting our campus by fostering a diverse and dedicated volunteer team and creating an engaging, welcoming environment where people can meet Jesus and connect to Vox Church every Sunday. The role includes Sunday oversight, weekly communication with leaders, and development of the servant team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Campus Operations
Oversee welcome card entry into the ROCK database
Manage Campus Hospitality and Operations, Servant Team budget
Purchase and manage inventory of all supplies needed for Sundays and events
Assists in venue management and organization within the campus.
Participate in bi-weekly all-staff meetings
Servant Team Director
Provide leadership to the volunteer team, including Servant Team, and Next Steps.
Implement strategy and execution for the Sunday experience
Identify leaders for servant teams
Connect regularly with Central Servant Team Director
Participate in Servant Team Director Central trainings
Check-Ins/Confirmations: Send emails throughout the week and oversee necessary scheduling for teams
Meet regularly with Campus Pastor to discuss the servant team plan
Oversee the First Serve process and track the servant team retention rate
Manage servant team onboarding process through the Vox Church database
Recruit, develop, and facilitate the discipleship of volunteers and key leaders
Campus Events and Special Projects Coordination
Facilitate the promotion, sign-up, facilitation, operations, and follow-up process for Baptisms, Essentials, Membership Classes, Vision Nights, Christmas, Easter, etc.
Oversee request design for creative elements as needed
Recruit volunteer teams as required for campus-specific events
Building Admin
Purchasing, maintaining, and organizing supplies/inventory (cleaning, hospitality, etc.)
Oversee and manage all facility/room reservation requests and overall operations/building access for internal and external events
Assist and oversee keeping the Middletown campus building clean and organized
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
This position requires a love for Christ and a desire to grow deeper in a relationship with Him. It is essential that the individual filling this role also has a heart to see people find life in Christ.
Necessary Skills: Administration, organization, leadership, strategic thinking, socially adept, time management skills.
