To effectively manage and maintain the church's facilities across all campuses. Be dedicated to ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all church activities and events. Be resourceful and adaptable in providing exceptional stewardship of the church's resources.
Outcomes:
• Overseeing the successful operation of the church’s facilities, including maintenance, servicing, cleaning, and renovations.
• Managing building maintenance contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Reviewing the quality of contracted work and renegotiating or rebidding as applicable.
• Keeping accurate records of all planned and completed maintenance and upgrade activities.
• Developing and enforcing the strategy for the recruitment, training, and operation of Security Teams across all campuses.
• Administering facility access systems for staff, volunteers, Community Groups, and external organizations as applicable.
• Managing the budget for facilities to maximize cost-effectiveness.
• Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and facility operation and maintenance codes.
