Mission:

The Campus Outreach Director’s mission is to reach their community with the life-changing gospel of Jesus through both word and deed. The role is responsible for creating opportunities to mobilize our church to be the hands and feet of Jesus through evangelism, community engagement, and service to the tangible needs of people within the community.

Outcomes:

1. Support and execute all outreach events

2. Recruit 10 new volunteers to join the outreach team.

3. Facilitate connection requests and on-boarding of new volunteers.

4. Develop and lead an outreach leadership team for your campus.

5. Conduct yearly partnership meetings to discern what’s next for supporting the organization.

6. Create an up-to-date guide of community resources available.

7. Support other ministries involvement in outreach.

8. Oversee all administrative and data tracking tasks for Outreach at your campus.

9. Create monthly city news headlines updates to share with the directional team.

10. Meet regularly with Campus Pastor and Central Outreach Director for support and direction.
