Position Summary

A Graphic Designer for Vox Church has a desire to collaborate with the Creative Team to create digital and printed graphics that are culturally relevant and eye-catching, promoting the mission of God in our church.

A Graphic Designer for Vox Church works to complete RFDs (Requests for Design) that help to support the mission of Vox Church and the ministries within the church. This includes designs for events, sermons, and large-scale projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Fulfills campus and ministry design requests with relevant and engaging graphics, excluding kids and youth designs

Updates event images in Canva 2x a year

Working with the finance team and completing the Mass Order 2x a year (reordering merchandise and prints for campuses)

Manipulating large project designs for digital and print uses

Rebranding and/or creating brand design for ministries

Create social media design to be utilized by communication department

Creating sermon series Instagram (Posts, frames, stories, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

A passionate and deep relationship with Jesus Christ.

A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others.

Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, InDesign, Canva.

Able to work in a high-capacity environment with fast turnaround times.

Active member or willing to be at Vox Church

Efficient in self-managing and working on multiple projects.

Coachable, teachable and flexible spirit

Aware of and up to date with art and design trends

1-2 years of graphic design experience
