Job Description

VoxelCloud is looking for a junior Annotator Human Resources/Recruiter to manage and oversee our annotation team. Must be self-motivated and great communicator!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all aspects recruiting and managing all annotators
• Maintain and manage a pool of annotators  – each project requires  6+ annotators at a given time so must keep a surplus on hand
• Manage and handle all training, contracts, and payment – and coordination of said responsibilities
• Manage personnel/HR related matters within the team and company 
  • Primary contact for all annotator related matters, knowing when to escalate upwards

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR or relevant experience
• Experience within the health industry is preferred
• Execute well and flourish in an entrepreneurial environment with diverse colleagues
• Excellent people management skills and experience
• Communicate clearly and concisely - both verbally and in writing
