    +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | PURPOSE: | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Incoming raw material quality representative that coordinates their | | testing and release. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+

    +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | 1. Receive and retain incoming raw materials. | | 2. Verify raw material manufacturing vendor and location.  | | 3. Review incoming raw material certificates of analysis to confirm | | correct material. | | 4. Create testing specification documents for Analytical and | | Microbiology laboratories. | | 5. Enter raw materials into laboratory and chemical tracking logs. | | 6. Receive results from testing labs, verify all documentation is | | complete and coordinate material release. | | 7. Create/Print raw material green approval tags. | | 8. Maintain all chemical release or hold status in inventory system. | | 9. Ensure clear and timely communication with production team, as well | | as support personnel and Analytical Manager regarding all in-house | | or outsource raw material testing.  | | 10. Support internal and external audits. | | 11. Observe safety rules. | | 12. Follow cGMP and GLP. | | 13. Special projects as assigned. | | 14. Hours are 12pm-830pm Tuesday through Friday; 7am-330pm Saturday | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+
