RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assists Compounder in completing batches in a timely fashion.
-Assists in the production of batches checking process operations.
-Assists in the production of batches passing quality specifications.
-Assists in the daily housekeeping and cleanliness of compounding areas.
-Assists in the transferring of bulk when required.
-Assists in bulk and raw material inventory and systematic transactions.
-Operates fork-lift and/or pallet jack to transport raw materials or finished product, and scales to weigh bulk materials when necessary.
-Work in a wet, noisy, fast-paced cGMP manufacturing environment, walking and standing constantly throughout the shift.
-Performs all duties in compliance with safety rules, standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices.
-Performs other related tasks/duties as assigned by manager.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-High School Diploma or GED desired
-Proficient with math conversions using calculator, familiar with metric system, weights and measures.
-Mechanical aptitude
-Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack and drum lifter
-Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. intermittently; heavier parts lifted using other methods.
-Flexible to work any of the two shifts and OT (including weekends) when needed
