    StrategicSource is seeking a results-driven and strategic Vice President of Marketing and Sales to expand our presence in new vertical markets, drive top-line revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing organization. This executive leader will be instrumental in shaping the future of our go-to-market strategy, selling our service solutions, and elevating our brand through effective inbound and outbound marketing. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in both strategic and tactical roles, brings proven success in professional services sales, and is eager to help lead revenue growth at StrategicSource. Responsibilities: Market Expansion & Revenue Growth • Drive entry into new vertical markets. • Contribute to B2B sales efforts, including carrying and achieving an individual sales quota. • Lead initiatives to meet and exceed annual sales goals. Strategic Marketing Leadership • Develop and execute modern inbound and outbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads. • Lead the team in campaign planning, content creation, digital marketing, and performance analytics. • Leverage automation tools to streamline marketing and sales processes, reduce the cost of acquisition, and improve scalability. Team Leadership & Development • Lead (strategically) and manage (tactically) a growing Marketing and Sales team. • Recruit, coach, and retain top marketing and sales talent. • Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: • Proven success in direct B2B sales, particularly within professional service industries (e.g., law, accounting, staffing, software). • Experience selling into vertical markets other than automotive. • Demonstrated leadership of a Marketing and Sales team through growth and organizational change. • Strong understanding and experience with inbound marketing strategies, lead generation, and campaign management. • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools and a track record of driving cost-effective growth. • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
