We are a high-growth family law firm with 12 offices across Florida and continued statewide expansion ahead. Recently recognized on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list, we’ve built our reputation by combining exceptional client service with speed, strategy, and results. Now we’re looking for a VP of Marketing & Growth who can help take our brand and lead generation efforts to the next level. This is not a corporate “keep things running” marketing role. We are looking for someone who understands how to build momentum, generate demand, lead teams, move quickly, and create marketing systems that directly drive growth. You’ll work closely with ownership and leadership to help scale one of the fastest-growing family law firms in the country. Responsibilities: As VP of Marketing & Growth, you will oversee the firm’s marketing strategy across all 12 locations and help support continued expansion into new markets throughout Florida. You will lead both strategy and execution across: • Lead generation • Digital marketing • Brand growth • Marketing automation • AI integration • Campaign performance • Team leadership • Expansion marketing This role is highly collaborative and hands-on. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically while also being comfortable diving into the details when needed. Key Responsibilities Growth & Lead Generation • Develop and execute growth-focused marketing strategies • Drive qualified leads across all office locations • Improve cost per lead, conversion rates, and marketing ROI • Build scalable lead-generation systems that support continued growth • Work closely with intake and sales leadership to improve lead quality and conversion performance Digital Marketing & Performance • Oversee paid search, paid social, SEO, retargeting, and digital campaigns • Lead funnel optimization, landing page strategy, and conversion improvements • Manage analytics, reporting dashboards, attribution tracking, and campaign performance • Continuously test and optimize campaigns based on performance data • Oversee marketing automation and CRM workflows AI & Marketing Innovation • Implement AI tools and systems to improve marketing efficiency and scalability • Utilize advanced AI platforms, including Anthropic’s Claude, to support: • Content creation • Workflow automation • Campaign optimization • Reporting and analytics • SEO and content strategy • CRM and lead nurturing systems • Help the firm stay ahead of marketing and AI trends through smart implementation and innovation Brand & Creative Leadership • Continue strengthening the firm’s premium brand presence across Florida • Ensure consistency in messaging, creative, and client experience across all offices • Lead content and creative strategy across social media, video, web, email, and advertising • Develop messaging that connects with clients while reinforcing trust, professionalism, and results Team Leadership & Expansion • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team • Directly manage a minimum of five salaried employees across different departments • Oversee agencies, vendors, and creative partners • Develop systems, processes, and accountability structures that support growth • Support marketing efforts tied to new office launches and statewide expansion Qualifications: Required Experience • Minimum 20 years of marketing experience • Proven executive or senior-level marketing leadership experience • Must have directly managed at least five salaried employees across multiple departments • Must have successfully helped scale a company at least 3X during tenure at a previous organization • Experience leading marketing in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Strong experience building scalable systems and growth infrastructure Marketing & Technical Expertise Strong background in: • Lead generation • Performance marketing • Paid media • SEO • Funnel optimization • Branding and messaging • Marketing analytics • Conversion strategy • Marketing automation • Extensive experience leveraging AI within marketing operations • Strong understanding of AI-assisted marketing systems and workflow automation • Hands-on experience using tools such as Claude and other AI platforms to improve marketing performance and operational efficiency The Right Person for This Role You are: • Data-driven and highly analytical • Strategic, but execution-focused • Comfortable moving quickly and adapting fast • A builder who enjoys creating systems that scale • Collaborative and team-oriented • Accountable, proactive, and solutions-focused • Passionate about growth, innovation, and performance Preferred Qualifications • Legal industry marketing experience strongly preferred • Family law marketing experience is a major plus • Multi-location marketing experience preferred • Experience scaling statewide or regional brands preferred • Direct-response marketing experience preferred Compensation & Benefits • $160,000 – $190,000 annual compensation package plus performance incentives • Executive leadership opportunity • Direct impact on company growth and expansion • Fast-paced, collaborative, and performance-driven culture • Opportunity to help shape one of the fastest-growing law firm brands in Florida • Direct collaboration with ownership and executive leadership Compensation: $160,000 - $190,000 yearly
