SMASH Co is now interviewing for an HVAC technician, Electrician, Plumber and Maintenance Technician for Vreeland Capital, a St. Louis based investment firm and national leader in turnkey real estate.  To handle anticipated growth, we need an energetic, confident, and driven expert in HVAC and Maintenance to join our team to lead the rehab of homes.  

BASIC JOB DUTIES:

• Handle HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Maintenance duties
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities
• Resolve problems when they arise
• Run rehab jobs and lead crew experience preferred

WHAT’S REQUIRED:

• MUST be licensed and able to pull permiss
• Experience with home rehab preferred
• Problem solving abilities
• Amazing winning attitude – our team has great energy, so no “Negative Nancy’s” here
• Strong leadership skills
• Good physical condition
• 40 hours of work dedicated to Vreeland Capital weekly
