Your primary role will be to provide members & guests with a | | pleasant experience by maintaining the co-working area, conference | | rooms, office spaces & outdoor spaces to high standards of safety, | | cleanliness, and appearance. Under direct supervision of the Community | | Manager, performs porter/janitorial duties in the building of either our | | W Monroe or N Lamar location and the immediate surrounding grounds. | | Employee keeps building in clean and orderly condition by sanitizing | | restrooms & kitchen, sweeping/mopping, vacuuming carpets, dusting, | | polishing, removing trash & recycling and restocking consumables. | | Employee cleans offices, halls, bathrooms, kitchen and public and member | | spaces indoors & out. | | | | ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES, ADDITIONAL TRAINING, AND CROSS UTILIZATION | | OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL EMPLOYEES | | | | REGULAR PERFORMANCE-BASED SALARY INCREASES | | | | PART-TIME | | | | JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: | | | | Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with | | Disabilities Act, may include the following: | | | | - Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing | | - Gathers and empties trash, following recycling procedures | | - Services, cleans, sanitizes, and supplies restrooms & kitchen | | - Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures | | - Cleans windows, glass partitions, and mirrors | | - Dusts furniture, walls, machines and equipment | | - Mixes water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning | | solutions, according to specifications | | - Assists other personnel in his/her department whenever necessary | | - Maintains cleaning supplies and equipment | | - Perform other duties as directed | | | | PHYSICAL DEMANDS: | | | | Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, | | standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, | | feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions | | | | HEAVY WORK.
