Constant's flagship product, Vultr is a favorite among developers, serving over 1.3 million customers with flexible, scalable bare metal, cloud compute, and cloud storage solutions. Constant is looking for an organized and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Business Analyst from within our West Palm Beach, FL headquarters.

As a Financial Business Analyst, you will work in a cross-functional role supporting decision makers in marketing, finance, and operations. You will be responsible for accessing, interpreting, and improving the data used for decision making. You will build queries, perform analysis, build dashboards, and teach others how to use and interpret your outputs. You will help maintain data quality standards and take steps to address quality issues. The ideal candidate is an expert in Power BI with proven experience in SQL, DAX and how to pull insights from data. This is a highly visible role in a high-growth technology company, which will require interaction with executive team members across multiple functions.

As a Financial Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Develop new reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI or similar tools Maintain and improve current reporting done on Power BI and Metabase Work with cross-functional groups to properly understand business requirements and develop appropriate queries, models, and reporting Connect different data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2-3 years of BI experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field
• Strong analytical skillset and ability to translate business processes and data into insights and solutions
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking skills and a high attention to detail a must.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL queries, SQL reporting, and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work proactively, both individually and as a team.
• Master's Degree preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge and experience with DAX preferred
