    Job Description

    Support our brick-and-mortar retail expansion. We have a vision for how to maximize customer experience in stores and transform the retail space--and we need someone to help operationalize that vision! We are looking for a strong project manager to bring beautiful projects from lease to an on-time, on-budget delivery.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Manage retail development master schedule & proforma budget tracker. Liaise between Real Estate, Design and Construction to coordinate flow of documentation to meet deliverables required for each group.
    • Schedule and coordinate pre-lease documentation, inspections and due diligence.
    • Maintain project cap-ex pro-forma budgets and update as required.
    • Organize and ensure all project documentation is complete and circulated (i.e. as-built drawings, LOD and work letters, landlord criteria, floor plans, vendor agreements, etc.).
    • Negotiate, update, and maintain Landlord and Tenant scope documents during the pre-lease phase and coordinate with technical consulting team to ensure scope is communicated and coordinated between all parties.
    • Strong experience with construction documentation and engineering expertise.
    • Experience with permitting and interacting with expeditors and authorities having jurisdiction.
    • Track communication between Landlords, Architects, Expeditors and internal Development Team.
    • Communicate and manage clear deliverables and deadlines to the development team.
    • Support VP of Development to create and maintain documentation as required by lease with Design, Construction, and Facilities.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • BA in Architecture, Engineering or related field
    • 5+ years project management experience; experience with schedule management & budget/timeline tracking tools
    • Bluebeam, Sketchup and CAD experience a plus
    • Familiarity with architecture, real estate, construction fields
    • Familiarity with green building principles & practices; LEED credentials a bonus
    • Flexibility to travel (up to 10-15% time) for site visits

    Additional Information

    Pay range: $100,000 - $110,000
