Vuori’s Vice President, Learning & Development will lead the development and execution of Vuori’s Investment in Happiness Learning & Development strategy. We are looking for a creative, out of the box thinker who thrives in building development programs that encompass the whole self both inside and outside of work.
As the Vice President, Learning and Development, this role will sit on our People and Culture leadership team, report into our Chief People Officer, Jen Frisch, and key relationships will include our CEO, as well as leaders across Marketing, Retail, Product, Technology, Legal, Operations and Design.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner across the People & Culture team and with leaders throughout the organization to create an inspirational, holistic, and integrated approach to all aspects of the employee experience.
- Create and implement comprehensive learning & development strategies aligned with the company’s goals, values, and competencies.
- Build a leadership development philosophy, strategy, and framework to build a highly effective and capable community of leaders throughout the organization.
- Build strong partnerships with our senior leadership team while working across both HQ and Retail Stores to create frameworks to support the development and engagement of multiple employee groups.
- Oversee the design, development and evaluation of learning solutions focusing on enterprise-wide leadership and development and values & competencies-based learning & development.
- Manage learning & development program budgets and annual forecasting.
- Lead future business requirements gathering for implementing an effective Learning Management System in the future.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and integrated alignment and execution of learning & development strategies with broader organizational objectives.
- Effectively manage relationships and negotiate contracts with external stakeholders.
- Build and lead a high-performance team, providing coaching and development opportunities. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes excellence.
