Job Description

The Closing Specialist l is responsible for completing closing tasks of a property from contract to sale. Also responsible for all communication between parties, compiling fees, insuring seller documentation is signed and completed per underwriter instructions, as well as, all title and lender clearance items to insure of a timely sale and funding of the real estate owned (“REO”) property and/or refinance transactions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Responsible for completing initial fee sheets and revising fee sheets as needed.
• Manage the deed requests.
• Responsible for scheduling of notary appointments.
• Managing the applicable closing email in-boxes and ensuring timely responses are delivered.
• Provides feedback and details to management on any internal or external issues that could identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations
• Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Entry level title and settlement services/escrow or mortgage experience
• Refinance closing experience preferred
