Vyond is seeking a talented Human Resources Representative to join our team in delivering core HR services and support. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will serve as the main point of contact for providing HR services to select departments, including but not limited to talent acquisition / recruiting, performance management & review cycles, and on-going employee engagement. The successful candidate will be skilled in building effective relationships with employees at all levels.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure useful plans are in place to drive sustained team development.

Maintain team competencies assessments, and ensure integration into recruitment, development, and performance management activities.

Provide talent management services by helping managers define talent needs, sourcing candidates, performing candidate screening, and scheduling team interviews.

Collaborate with functional leaders in completing performance review and appraisal activities.

Collaborate with functional leaders to identify training and development needs.

Ensure that documented policies and procedures are well communicated to your assigned business groups, and work with managers to ensure proper execution.

Participate in the development and execution of overall objectives and long range goals for HR.

REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

3-5 years working experience as a Human Resources professional.

People-oriented and results-driven.

Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Excellent listening and presentation skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with G Suite, Office, and other general computing applications.

Experience working in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.
